Noob Wan Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to Noob Wan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noob Wan website located at noobwan.net and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered by the platform (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus or placing a bet on Noob Wan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Noob Wan ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use the Platform.

Noob Wan reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use Noob Wan, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Noob Wan actively implements age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be suspended immediately and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Noob Wan account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and accurate payment method details. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Noob Wan will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Noob Wan immediately at support@noobwan.net.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Noob Wan may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account's lifetime. Verification documents may include a national identity card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by Noob Wan may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Noob Wan accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on Noob Wan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your balance at any stage.

3.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Noob Wan balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Noob Wan does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Using another person's Easypaisa or JazzCash account to deposit funds is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your Noob Wan account. Noob Wan reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

Processing times shown above are typical estimates for verified accounts. Noob Wan is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or issues specific to the payment provider's infrastructure.

3.4 Rejected Transactions

Noob Wan reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it determines, at its sole discretion, to be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargeback abuse or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, the associated account may be suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.

From time to time, Noob Wan offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered accounts that meet the specified criteria for each promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements at Noob Wan range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement will be stated on the promotion's detail page.
• Noob Wan reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to their original wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Noob Wan account at any one time unless otherwise specified by the promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Wagering performed using bonus funds on certain game categories — including but not limited to live baccarat, live roulette and certain slots — may contribute at a reduced percentage to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on Noob Wan produce outcomes using certified random number generation systems that are independently tested for statistical fairness. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment dealt by trained dealers on camera. Noob Wan does not manipulate game outcomes and all game results are final once confirmed by the system.

5.2 Bet Validity

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Noob Wan system and a bet ID has been assigned. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical failure will be treated as void and the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. Noob Wan is not responsible for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including server errors, software crashes or connectivity failures on Noob Wan's side — affected rounds will be declared void and all staked amounts for those rounds will be refunded to the relevant accounts. Noob Wan will not honour payouts resulting from games that experienced technical malfunctions, even if the game displayed a winning result prior to the malfunction being identified.

5.4 Disconnection Policy

For live and multiplayer games, if a player disconnects during an active round, the platform will attempt to auto-complete the round based on available game logic. Players who disconnect deliberately to avoid unfavourable outcomes may be subject to account review. Entry fees for multiplayer games (such as Ludo) are non-refundable in the event of player-side disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Noob Wan and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment details, false identity documents or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating bank chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits that were used for genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games to artificially influence outcomes or prize distributions.
• Use of bots, automated scripts or software to interact with any game, place bets or perform any action that a human player would perform manually.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be void.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at Noob Wan staff or other players through any communication channel.

Noob Wan is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We acknowledge that a small percentage of people who gamble may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take this seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Noob Wan players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your Noob Wan account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time alerts: Set reminders to appear after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Noob Wan Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 1 week to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During any exclusion period, Noob Wan will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of your session duration and net winnings or losses during the session.

Noob Wan enforces a strict minimum age of 18. Underage gambling is illegal and we actively work to prevent it. If you are concerned about a minor accessing the Platform, please contact us immediately.

All content on the Noob Wan Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Noob Wan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Noob Wan.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on Platform content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or index any part of the Platform.

The Noob Wan name, logo and all associated branding are trademarks of Noob Wan. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noob Wan and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gaming activity on the Platform, including losing bets.
• Technical failures, service interruptions or data loss not directly caused by Noob Wan's wilful negligence.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Noob Wan makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

Noob Wan reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own written request.
• For any reason at Noob Wan's sole discretion where continued account operation is deemed to pose a risk to the Platform or other players.

You may close your Noob Wan account at any time by contacting support@noobwan.net. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or investigation will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and standard verification procedures.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the Noob Wan Platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at support@noobwan.net. Our team aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve the majority within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a support team resolution, you may escalate your complaint to Noob Wan's dedicated complaints team by emailing the same address and clearly marking your correspondence as "Escalated Complaint." The escalated complaints team will conduct an independent internal review and respond within 10 business days.

Game round outcomes that are disputed by a player can be reviewed using our game round history records. All game rounds on Noob Wan are logged with timestamps, outcomes and all relevant parameters. To request a round review, provide your game round ID (visible in your account game history) to our support team.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Noob Wan reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided to registered players via the email address on file with a minimum of 7 days' notice before changes take effect. Non-material updates may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noob Wan and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of any kind.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Noob Wan's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
