No. Noob Wan allows strictly one account per person, per household and per device. Registering multiple accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts will be permanently suspended and balances forfeited if duplicate accounts are detected. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support instead of registering a new one.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address registered to your Noob Wan account and a secure reset link will be sent within a few minutes. That link is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, simply request another. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@noobwan.net with your registered mobile number for manual account recovery.

Log in to your Noob Wan account, navigate to Account Settings and select Security. The 2FA option is listed there. You can choose SMS code (sent to your Pakistani mobile number) or an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator. Setup takes about two minutes. Once enabled, every login requires both your password and the 2FA code — which means even a stolen password cannot access your account without the second factor.

Account locks at Noob Wan are triggered automatically after a set number of failed login attempts, or manually by our security team if suspicious activity is detected. A temporary lock after failed attempts lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If the lock was applied for security reasons, contact support@noobwan.net and our team will verify your identity and either restore access or explain the specific reason for the lock.

Most personal details can be updated from Account Settings after logging in. For security-sensitive changes — such as updating the email address or mobile number linked to your account — you will need to verify your identity before the change goes through. This is a security measure to protect you against unauthorised modifications. Contact support if you are having difficulty completing a personal details update.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at Noob Wan is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — and a selfie holding the CNIC. In some cases, a proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and number) may also be requested. Most straightforward verifications are approved within 24 hours.

To close your account, contact support@noobwan.net with the subject "Account Closure Request." Before the account is closed, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Please note that if you are closing your account due to a gambling concern, permanent self-exclusion (available from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming) is a more appropriate option and includes additional safeguards against re-registration.

Noob Wan allows concurrent sessions on multiple devices, but only one active betting session can run at a time — you cannot place bets from two devices simultaneously. If you see an active session from a device you did not use, go to Account Settings and use the "Log out of all devices" option immediately, then change your password and contact support.

Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit at Noob Wan is Rs 200 — valid across all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit cap, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Noob Wan accepts: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. We do not accept cryptocurrency or any payment methods not listed here. The list of accepted methods may be expanded over time — check the Deposit page in your account for the current up-to-date list.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your Noob Wan account within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are also generally instant. Bank IBFT transfers can take between 1 and 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard card deposits are usually processed within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Noob Wan does not charge any deposit fees from its side. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. These are outside our control. We recommend checking your provider's terms if you are concerned about their fees. All amounts credited to your Noob Wan account will be the net amount received after any provider fees have been applied.

Yes. Noob Wan allows you to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. A limit takes effect immediately when set. Reducing a limit also takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before the change applies — this is intentional and protects you from impulsive decisions. First, allow the standard processing time for your payment method (see above). If the time has passed and the deposit is still missing, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation from your wallet or bank app — it should include the transaction reference number and timestamp — and send it to support@noobwan.net. Our team will trace the transaction and manually credit your account if the payment was received on our end.

No. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Noob Wan does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing from an account that does not belong to you is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in your account being suspended. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, which is another reason why using your own account exclusively is essential.

Noob Wan does not impose a platform-level maximum deposit limit. However, your personal deposit limit (if you have set one under Responsible Gaming settings) will apply. Individual payment providers also have their own per-transaction and daily limits — for example, Easypaisa has wallet balance limits and daily transaction caps that vary by account tier. These provider limits are outside Noob Wan's control.

Yes, bank IBFT transfers are fully supported at Noob Wan. When selecting IBFT as your deposit method, the system will display the beneficiary account details. Transfer the amount from your own bank account using your online banking app or visiting a branch. Include the reference number shown on the deposit page so we can match the transfer to your account. IBFT transfers typically take 1–24 hours to process depending on your bank.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal at Noob Wan is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed. If your available balance is below Rs 500, you will need to either continue playing to build it up or make an additional deposit before withdrawing.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from Noob Wan are typically processed within a few hours, and most are completed the same day. Bank IBFT withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. The first withdrawal from your account may take slightly longer as it involves identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals on a verified account are typically faster.

Yes. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal from Noob Wan. You will need to submit your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. Common reasons for withdrawal rejection at Noob Wan include: KYC verification not yet completed; outstanding wagering requirements on an active bonus; attempting to withdraw to a different account than the one used for deposits; or the amount exceeding your current real-money balance (bonus funds that have not completed wagering are excluded). Noob Wan does not charge withdrawal fees from its side. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct their own transaction fees when receiving the transfer. These are applied by the provider, not by Noob Wan, and are outside our control. We recommend checking your provider's terms for incoming transfer fees if this is a concern.

Once a withdrawal from Noob Wan has been approved and processed to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. If your withdrawal is still pending in the system (not yet approved), contact support@noobwan.net immediately and request a cancellation — they can cancel it before processing begins if contacted quickly enough. Once processed, the funds are with your payment provider and Noob Wan has no ability to recall them.

Contact Noob Wan support at support@noobwan.net or via live chat with your withdrawal reference number. Most withdrawals are processed well within 24 hours — a withdrawal pending beyond that timeframe usually indicates that additional verification is required or that there is a query against the payment. Our support team will give you a specific status update and expected completion time.

Bonuses & Promotions

Noob Wan currently offers a welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 on a new player's first deposit. Bonus amounts and terms are subject to change — always check the current offer at the time you make your first deposit rather than relying on an older offer you may have seen.

Wagering requirements mean you need to bet through the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 20,000 worth of qualifying bets before that Rs 1,000 becomes real, withdrawable money. The wagering progress is shown in your account under active bonuses.

Yes. You can decline the welcome bonus at the deposit stage. If you choose not to claim it, your deposit is treated as a standard real-money deposit with no wagering requirements attached — you can withdraw at any time subject to normal withdrawal rules. No. Setting deposit limits, loss limits or session timers does not affect your eligibility for bonuses or your account standing.
