• Identity information: Your full name as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC) or passport.
• Contact information: Your Pakistani mobile number and email address used to register your Noob Wan account.
• Date of birth: Required to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Identity documents: Copies of CNIC, passport or other government-issued documents, collected only when KYC verification is required.
• Payment information: Mobile wallet identifiers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), bank account numbers used for IBFT transfers, or the last four digits and card network of registered Visa/Mastercard accounts. We do not store full card numbers — these are processed by certified payment processors.

5.2 Identity Verification Providers

When KYC verification is required, your identity documents may be shared with a third-party verification service. 5.4 Legal and Regulatory Authorities

5.5 No Sale of Data

Under no circumstances does Noob Wan sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer your personal data to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. This prohibition is unconditional.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you as an individual. In cases where legal proceedings are ongoing, data may be retained beyond standard periods until the proceedings are fully resolved.

If you close your Noob Wan account voluntarily, your personal data will be retained for the periods above from the account closure date and then deleted. Your balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
